Following the sad loss of Peter Davies earlier this year, the Trust require a membership secretary. 

We have updated our membership system over the last few months and much of the membership system is now automated. The time commitment required is, therefore, fairly low for this vital role, essential to the operation of the Trust.  

Key duties of the role would be: 

  1. Send out membership cards to new and rejoining Trust members. 
  2. Prepare monthly membership figures for Trust Board meetings.

Estimated time required 1 hour per week but more in September and October, when the majority of the Trust’s memberships fall due for renewal. 

If you have more time available to contribute regular attendance at Edgar Street on match days to provide a contact point for new memberships and renewals would also be very useful along with establishing other initiatives to promote membership and maintain and raise levels of Trust membership.
