Hereford United Supporters Trust launched in style last night as King Mantis played their own take on the club’s song ‘Hereford United we all love you’.

During a one hour set the band entertained a crowd of over 100 in the Starlite Room, as members of the Club’s Board, former and current players, local dignitaries and many supporters gathered to hear how the Trust can benefit supporter and club.

Guest speakers Gareth Davies and Colin Addison entertained the crowd, while Trevor Owens added a touch of class as Master of Ceremony. HUST Chairman Jon Hale outlined how a Trust works, and Supporters Direct’s Kevin Rye gave his backing to HUST and promised to offer all the resources available to help along the way.

A raffle raised over £100 for the Adam Stansfield Foundation.

The Trust collected over 100 memberships on the first evening. You can sign up online here http://www.hufctrust.co.uk/launch-night-pictures/
