Alternatively they can leave a message on the answering service at 01432 818498, stating clearly their name, registered address, and membership number (if known) along with their vote.
Votes will only be accepted within the time period stated from eligible members paid up by Midnight on Monday, January 19th, and members are asked to keep their correspondence solely to the vote. Additional queries or comments accompanying the votes cannot be answered due to the substantial amount of votes expected.
The result will be announced as soon as possible afterwards.
We now have over 1,600 HUST members. With a flood of new members over the past month, we have concentrated on getting the new members registered on our database ahead of the vote.
Because of this, the dispatch of membership cards has been delayed. We will get these out to people as soon as possible.
